Shipping Policy
We try to get orders out same day. We ship via UPS or FEDEX Standard. Shipping time for orders shipped via ground method is 1-7 days. Rapid delivery is available but at additional charge.
Orders can only be sent to valid street addresses ( NO PO BOX addressed accepted)
No foreign addresses can be accepted as well, including Canada, Mexico, APO or FPO ( Military)
Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination.
Return Policy
If, within 10 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase due to workmanship ( not normal wear and tear) we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges. We encourage you to inspect all items at time of receipt. Please keep original packaging.
Merchandise can only be returned with an authorization number provided by Workman Glove and Safety. Any merchandise returned without an authorization number will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
After inspection and acceptance of returned merchandise, you will receive a refund to your credit card.
