HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A WHOLESALE OR BUSINESS ACCOUNT?

Workman Glove and Safety is a wholesale business to business distributor, selling exclusively to Qualifying Business Categories that include: Brick and Mortar Retailers ( no Web based retailers); Industrial, Commercial, Medical Businesses located in the United States.

We do not sell outside the USA at this time.

Wholesale accounts are established upon approval and verification that your company meets the above qualifications. Click here to sign up for a wholesale or business account.

WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We suggest accepting the canceled order then contacting us for return instructions. Orders rejected upon delivery will be charged a 15% restocking charge and delivery fees.

Drop ship orders ( orders being sent directly from the manufacturer to you): We will promptly request these orders be canceled, however, if the order has shipped regular return procedures will apply. There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL DROP SHIP ORDERS. DROP SHIP CANCELLATIONS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

WITHIN 10 DAYS of RECEIPT, Please contact our Customer service email: info@workmanglove.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges.

Merchandise cannot be returned without an authorization number ( RMA ) supplied by WORKMAN GLOVE and SAFETY. Returns without an RMA number will be refused. Restocking charges ( 15% ) can be avoided if ALL material is in original packaging.

HOW LONG DO CREDITS TAKE FOR PRODUCT RETURN?

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

You will be notified by email that your product is backordered. Information about anticipated delivery date will be communicated. At that time, you will have the option to cancel the line item or we will offer a substitute/alternate item of equal or greater value. DROP SHIP ORDERS: Same policy will apply.

If you accept a BACKORDER a new estimated delivery will be provided. Typically, Back orders range from 2-10 days.

You can also CANCEL your order if neither of the above is acceptable.

Due to current market supply instability we reserve the right to cancel specific items due to manufacturer allocation, extended/vague lead-times, or price volatility.
